Honesty
We say “no” when a project does not make sense. We do not sell an extensive website to someone who needs a Google Business Profile and two subpages.

Get to know us
Cyfrowa Pomoc is a team from Lublin. Since 2020 we have been building websites, online shops, applications and campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses, designed to bring in enquiries and sales. We use plain language and give an honest view of what makes sense.
Where we came from
In 2020 we did the basics: we repaired computers, installed WordPress and rescued hacked websites. More and more often, customers also asked for a new website, an online shop or a search campaign. We said yes, and that is how Cyfrowa Pomoc in its current form came about.
Today we work on software development, design, search visibility and advertising. Our office is in Lublin, and we work with clients from all over Poland, from sole traders to medium-sized manufacturing companies.
We like projects whose results can be measured. We don't promise first place in search results within thirty days. We promise solid work, a quote with a detailed scope and plain language, which is what we ourselves looked for in suppliers before we started our own company.
Timeline
We added new services when customers started asking for them.
Hardware repairs, small websites, help for local businesses in Lublin.
The first full-time employee. SEO and advertising campaigns join the offer.
We start building and running online shops.
Drone filming and virtual tours join the offer.
We connect online shops with inventory systems, including Subiekt, and with multichannel sales.
Clients from all over Poland, with the office still in Lublin.
Principles
We write them down plainly, because they sometimes lead us to turn down work.
We say “no” when a project does not make sense. We do not sell an extensive website to someone who needs a Google Business Profile and two subpages.
We start every project by understanding the business, because design and technology are there to help you sell.
During working hours we respond in 15 minutes on average. In emergencies, for example when your shop isn't accepting orders, we help at any time.
Every quote has a detailed scope. The contract sets out the scope, deadline, cost, the rules for support after launch and for handing over rights and access.
We are from Lublin and know the realities of the region: we know where people look for services and what budgets local businesses have.
We don't disappear after launch. We can go on looking after maintenance, development and further stages of the project.
Boundaries
A few things you won't get from us.
Working together
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. You tell us what you need; we tell you whether we can help and what the cost depends on. If we decide that the job isn't for us, we say so straight away.
If we go ahead, you get an offer with a detailed scope: what we do, what we don't do, by when and for how much. The scope is part of the contract, so you never find yourself halfway through the work facing an extra charge for things anyone would consider obvious.
During the project you talk directly to the people doing the work, so you don't have to explain from scratch each time what it is about.
The difference
Ask about access: to the hosting, domain, website panel and ad account. If the answer is “we take care of that” instead of “they are yours”, it is worth asking what will happen when the cooperation ends.
Fit
We are not the right fit for everyone, and we prefer to say so plainly.
Workshops, clinics, offices and contractors: businesses for which local customers and phone calls matter more than nationwide reach.
Sales across Poland, a large catalogue, a need to integrate with the warehouse and the sales system.
Orders copied from email into a spreadsheet and stock levels that don't match reality. We deal with issues like these every day.
The website works, but customers don't call. Before we rebuild anything, we check exactly where the problem lies.
We take these over regularly. We start with a review: what is there, where the backups are and whether access is in order.
Industries where a product description requires understanding the subject, not copying the manufacturer's catalogue.
On the other hand, we advise against working with us for companies that expect guaranteed rankings, want to run the project only by email without any conversation, or need a contractor on site every day. In these cases someone else will be a better fit, and we say so straight away.
What we do
Questions
Yes. On site we work with businesses from the Lublin region (Lubelskie Province) and Warsaw, and remotely with the rest of Poland. Arrangements, approvals and acceptance can all take place online, and we hold consultations via Google Meet, Zoom or Teams.
It usually lasts half an hour, is free and commits you to nothing. You tell us what you need, and we tell you whether we can help, what the cost depends on and how long the work will take. You get a free quote within 24 hours. Sometimes the answer is “this job isn't for us”.
We set out the rules for transferring rights in the contract. When the project is finished, we hand over the code, source files and access: to the hosting, domain, panel and accounts in external services.
For larger projects we invoice in stages, for the parts of the project you have signed off. Payment details are set out in the contract.
Yes, for every project. The contract sets out the scope, deadline, cost and the terms of support after launch. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
Yes, we do this regularly. We start by reviewing the current state: what is there, in which version, where the backups are and whether access is in order. This produces a list ranked by urgency.
We can meet at our office in Lublin or online, whichever you prefer. Briefly describe what you need, and within 24 hours we will prepare a free quote.
