SEO consulting
with no subscription or obligation
Not every business needs ongoing SEO support. Sometimes one free conversation is enough: why the website is not growing, what to do first and what not to do at all.
When a consultation is enough instead of ongoing support
Ongoing SEO support makes sense where someone has to do a lot of work: write content, fix technical issues, build links and keep it up for months. If there is someone in the business who wants to and can take this on, often all they lack is direction. A consultation gives that direction.
In a single conversation we go through the website, the results, the competition and the questions you have collected over recent months. At the end you know what to do first and why.
A consultation can also be a step before deciding on a larger project or before signing a contract with an agency. It helps you judge whether your current website is suitable for SEO, how long improving the results will realistically take and whether another agency's offer makes sense.
Who it is for
The people who most often come to us are:
- Business owners who run their website themselves and want to check they are heading in the right direction
- People responsible for marketing in a small business, without specialist support
- Businesses after a website change whose traffic dropped for no clear reason
- Teams assessing agency offers who want an independent opinion before deciding
- Online shops with traffic but no growth in sales from search
- Businesses preparing to enter a new market or a new city
What the meeting looks like
Before the call we ask for access to your website statistics and Google Search Console, and for a list of questions. We review the data before the meeting, so the conversation goes straight to conclusions.
The call itself usually lasts one to one and a half hours and takes place remotely, with screen sharing. We discuss specific things: what the data shows, where the biggest losses are, what competitors do better and which actions will bring the fastest results given your resources.
We record the meeting and send you the recording together with the summary, so you can come back to what was agreed while you work.
We will not write content for you or fix your website. It is a conversation about direction: the implementation stays with you, unless you separately commission us to do part of the work.
What exactly we discuss
We adapt the scope to your situation, and the conversation usually revolves around a few fixed areas. We start with where the website is now and finish with the order of actions.
| Area | Typical question | What comes out of it |
|---|---|---|
| Current state | Where does the traffic come from, and is it growing? | A reference point |
| Technical | Is anything blocking indexing? | A list of urgent fixes |
| Content | What can the website realistically appear for? | A content plan for the quarter |
| Competition | What do they have that we do not? | A realistic goal |
| Links | Is this our bottleneck? | A decision on whether to invest in it |
| Priorities | Where do we start? | A plan for the coming weeks |
Traffic drop after a website rebuild
A typical situation: the new website has gone live, it looks better, but search traffic has dropped noticeably and is not coming back. The developer advises waiting.
The causes tend to repeat, so we start by checking the common mistakes listed below. When traffic drops, response time matters. We cover this in more detail on our page about the SEO audit.
- New website launched without a redirect map
- Indexing block left in place after the work was finished
- Content shortened or removed during the rebuild
- Page addresses changed without keeping the links between old and new
- No comparison of traffic before and after the launch
Consultation or audit: which to choose
A consultation is a conversation based on data and a quick review of the website. An audit is a systematic analysis of the whole website, ending with a list of tasks. They differ in the amount of work involved and in what they are for.
When the question is what to do next, a consultation is enough. When you need to establish exactly what is wrong with a large website, you need an audit: see SEO audit or online shop audit.
There is also a middle option: we start with a consultation, and if the conversation shows that the problem goes deeper, we suggest an audit and prepare a separate quote for it.
What you get after the call
Within 48 hours of the call we send you a summary: a list of tasks ordered by impact and effort. For each item we note whether you can do it yourself or whether it needs someone from outside.
You also get the call recording and a list of tools, most of them free. We recommend paid ones when the business will actually use what they offer.
By email, we answer short questions that arise directly from what was agreed.
Great cooperation! Everything went smoothly in a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere and communication was efficient. I warmly recommend them.
Free consultation and extended options
The consultation is free and does not commit you to further cooperation. If you need more than one conversation, we offer extended options. Their cost depends on the length of the call, the scope of the website and competitor review, and the number of meetings. We price them individually and prepare a free quote within 24 hours.
| Option | Scope |
|---|---|
| Consultation | 60–90 minutes, summary, recording |
| Extended consultation | A longer call, website and competitor review, a plan for the quarter |
| Quarterly package | Three meetings in consecutive months, progress checks |
| Offer review | Assessment of another agency's proposal, without a call |
An offer review does not need a meeting: we assess the proposal you send us from another agency and pass on our conclusions.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
The consultation is free. Extended options, such as a package of several meetings or a written review of an agency's offer, are priced individually: the cost depends on the length of the calls, the scope of the review and the number of meetings.
It greatly increases the value of the conversation, but it is not a requirement. Without data we rely on what can be seen from the outside. That is enough for a conversation about direction, though not for assessing exactly where you are losing traffic.
No. A consultation answers the question of what to do next. An audit answers the question of what exactly is wrong. With large websites, one rarely works without the other.
Yes. We tell you what in the offer has value, what is filler and whether the price matches the scope. We do not assume from the start that the offer is bad.
No. The consultation is free and does not commit you to anything. If you later want to commission an audit or part of the work, we will prepare a separate quote.
Yes, if it is part of the question. Sometimes, given the current state of the website, a faster result will come from a campaign, while SEO is worth running in parallel as a long-term activity.
Usually a few working days. In urgent cases, for example when traffic drops right after a website change, we try to find a slot sooner.
