SEO training
for company teams

Training makes sense when your team works differently afterwards. That is why we show you what to change on your website and teach you how to check whether the change has worked.

When training pays off more than outsourcing the work

A company that publishes content regularly (service descriptions, posts, offer updates) either outsources it or writes it in-house, without a plan for search engines. The first costs a fair amount over a year, the second rarely brings results in Google. The third option is to teach the person who writes these texts anyway how to do it more effectively.

It is similar with online shops. The person who adds products to the catalogue does it every day. If they know how to build a title and description that has a chance of appearing in search results, every new product they add is done that way.

Training does not replace doing the work: someone still has to write the texts and fix the website. What it does teach is how to plan that work and check its results.

Basic workshop programme

We split the training day roughly in half: the first part is about understanding how things work, the second is exercises on your real content.

  • How people actually search and how that differs from industry jargon
  • Choosing keywords: free tools and judging whether a keyword is worth competing for
  • Building a service page that has a chance of showing up
  • Headings, titles and descriptions: an exercise on your own subpages
  • Internal linking: how to connect service pages, posts and products
  • Google Business Profile and local visibility step by step
  • Reading data: what the statistics really tell you and what is just noise
  • Recognising offers and practices that harm your website

Who our training is for

We put groups together by role in the company and adapt the programme to the participants' level. Someone who writes texts, someone who adds products and someone who decides on the budget need different knowledge, so each group has its own scope and format.

Exercises on your own materials

What participants work on matters a lot. An example prepared by the trainer fits the topic, because it was chosen to fit. Your own service subpage has real gaps, so it teaches better.

Before the training we ask you to point out a few subpages you want to improve and to give us access to your statistics. During the workshop, participants rewrite these subpages so that they can be published after the training.

The exercises also bring up technical problems the team was not aware of. These go on a short list to pass on to the person responsible for the website.

Our one condition

We run training when participants have a real influence on the website, because without access to the content they cannot apply what they learn.

On site or remote

We run training on site, in the Lublin region (Lubelskie Province) and Warsaw, and remotely. For on-site training outside Lublin, travel is charged and agreed individually, and we include it in the quote. We work remotely with companies from outside this area.

On-site training works better for a full workshop with exercises, because it is easier to look at someone's screen and spot the moment they get stuck. Remote training works better for dispersed groups and shorter formats.

We often combine one day on site with two shorter remote sessions in the following weeks. Participants have time to apply what they have learned and come back with specific questions.

We run the workshop with exercises for groups of up to eight people, so that the trainer has time to go through each participant's work. We train larger groups in lecture format only.

What you are left with after the training

Participants get materials in the form of procedures: how to prepare a new service subpage, how to describe a product, how to check whether a change has worked. Plus a list of things to put in place in the first month.

For thirty days after the training we answer questions by email. This is the period when participants apply what they have learned for the first time and questions come up that no programme can predict.

For longer cooperation we suggest a follow-up session after a quarter: we review what has been done and point out what to improve.

When choosing SEO training, watch out for:

  • Training based only on other companies' examples
  • A group too large to work through the exercises
  • Participants with no access to the website and no influence on the content
  • Materials that are theory rather than procedures
  • No contact of any kind after the training ends

Training when taking over from an agency

Sometimes a company has worked on SEO with an agency and now wants to do it in-house. Training is then part of the handover, alongside documentation, access and a list of work in progress.

We run this differently from a standard workshop. We start with the actual state of things: what has been done, what is half finished, and what needs to continue so as not to lose the results achieved so far. Only then do we move on to teaching independent work.

For the next quarter we stay on in a support role: the team works independently, and we answer questions and check the direction once a month.

Recommended. A professional approach and high quality of service.

What determines the cost of training

We charge per training day for the group, not per participant. The price includes preparing the programme for your website, materials and email support after the training. The cost depends on the format and length of the training, on whether it takes place on site or remotely, and, for on-site training outside Lublin, on travel costs. We price every training individually and prepare a free quote within 24 hours.

FormatScope
Half a day, remoteAn introduction for management or a single role
Workshop dayFull programme, exercises on your content
One day and two sessionsOn-site workshop and two follow-up meetings
Handover programmeTraining, handover of the work, a quarter of support

If we are also doing other work for you at the same time, for example SEO, we treat team training as part of that cooperation.
